Experience Behind the Work
Donna “Dash” Ash, Founder & Managing Director of Apex Education Consulting LLC, brings decades of experience as an educator, instructional leader, district administrator, coach, and facilitator. Her work has centered on helping schools and leaders turn ambitious goals into practical systems that educators can actually use.
Across school improvement, instructional coaching, MTSS, curriculum and instruction, accreditation, leadership development, and professional learning, Dash has worked alongside educators and leaders to strengthen both practice and the systems that support it.
That experience shapes Apex today: listen first, understand the real need, build with the people doing the work, and stay focused on implementation that leads to meaningful results.
